Shipping Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional service every step of the way.

1. How Long Will it Take to Ship

If your order is received Monday – Friday by 12:00 pm Central time, it will go out  on the same day. 

If your order is received after that, it may still go out that day depending on whether or not we are travelling. If we are on the road, our staff clock out at noon. If we are home, we will probably get it in the mail.

If your order is received on the weekend, please DO NOT expect your order to go out before Monday at noon. If we are home on the weekend, we might get it out on Saturday. It’s the weekend– No promises.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping to the US is free for orders over $25.

For domestic orders under $25 we use USPS First class mail. Priority Mail with tracking is also available if preferred.

For non-domestic orders, international shipping rates apply.

3. Holidays

We do not do business on Holidays.  If your order is received on a major holiday like Christmas, your order probably will not be filled until after the New Year. 

Most holidays, your order will be filled by noon on the first available business day.
